Rush Orders
Nonna Made will always try to accommodate your delivery schedule. However, as lead times can vary on particular items, Rush Orders will incur a surcharge of 15% to 25% depending on the number of items purchased.
Shipping and Insurance
Shipping is at the current Priority Mail Rate, plus insurance (if wanted). Most items ordered fit into a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box which is currently priced at $9.80. Optional insurance is $1.70 for $0 to $50.00. If shipping rates change, Donna at Nonna Made will contact you with the exact shipping total. For multiple items, contact Donna at Nonna Made for a shipping estimate. Sorry, shipments to U.S. and Canada only.
Returns
Due to the custom and personalized nature of embroidered items, no returns or exchanges are offered unless there is an error in the embroidery.
Sales Tax
Note that all sales plus shipping charges are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. No sales tax is charged on items shipped out of Washington State.
