For Framed Pet Portrait : Indicate Frame Color, Mat Color, Pet’s Name, Case Style and Color.
For Pet Portrait Sweatshirt: Indicate Women’s or Men’s, Color and Size.

Provide Payment
Mail a check payable to: Nonna Made for your total amount including shipping, insurance and tax (if applicable) to: Donna Wilson, Nonna Made, P O Box 766, Marysville WA 98270, or contact Donna Wilson at Nonna Made : 206.719.6259 to pay via Visa or Mastercard.
Upon receipt of your chosen details and payment, your pet’s image will be prepared and embroidered. Completion time is approximately ten days or less. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your details and payment, and will also email when your item has shipped.
